  21. I'm afraid you're wrong about that, Win 3.x pre-emptively multitasks DOS
  22. sessions, unlike Win apps which multitask co-operatively.  You can set the
  23. background (and foreground) priority of each DOS session individually from
  24. the control panel, using the PIF editor.
